Monarch Cakes on Acland St, St Kilda, has been baking the same recipes for over 75 years. Many of the recipes originated from the original shop in Poland, were brought to Australia and used here ever since. Monarch’s famous Chocolate Kooglhoupf has developed cult status by locals that the owners wanted to have a box designed specifically to house this signature cake. Designed at Studio Periscope.
