Seek Volunteer (a division of Australia’s number 1 job site, seek.com.au) wanted to run a recruitment campaign during National Volunteer Week. Our solution was to make people put their hand up (literally); by floating helium-filled balloons, printed with volunteer job descriptions in public spaces around the city like bus stops, train carriages and elevators.
